By using the services of Nally Styles / Crown Concierge, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Nally Styles / Crown Concierge offers personalized, on-location styling services, including hair, wardrobe, and event styling consultations. Services are provided at your designated location and tailored to your specific needs.

2. Appointments

All appointments are scheduled in advance.
Clients must provide accurate information regarding location, date, and time.
Nally Styles / Crown Concierge reserves the right to reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided as soon as possible.

3. Payments & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Full payment is due prior to or on the day of the service unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made 3–6 days in advance are 50% refundable.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.

5. No-Show Policy

Clients who do not appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about location, timing, and styling needs
Ensuring a safe environment for services to be performed
Communicating any allergies, sensitivities, or other special requirements in advance

7. Liability

Nally Styles / Crown Concierge is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the provision of services if proper safety guidelines are followed.
While we take all precautions to protect clothing, accessories, and hair, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to clothing or personal items.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

We guarantee complete privacy. All client information and service details are handled with strict confidentiality and are never sold or shared without your consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, images, and content created by Nally Styles / Crown Concierge remain our property. Clients may not reproduce or distribute these materials without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
